Bathtub safety grip using fine sand and a sealer, possible ?
I do not like the common rubber mats sold to put in the bottom of the bathtub, gross ! What could I use to not be so slick besides the adhesive applicays ?

Hmmm...even fine sand is not very comfortable if anyone wants to use the bathtub for a bathather than a shower.....have you thought about just using these? Bath slippers? Google them, available for about $7 a pair? No impact on anyone else but you and won't ruin your tub or make it difficult to clean.
