Where are the dryer scratches, inside the drum or inside the door?
Do you know what made them, how deep are they?

Thank you for clarifying. What I could suggest is to contact the manufacturer of the dryer and see if there is anything you could do with your problem and if it is a problem that could effect the quality of your dryer's function. Have ready the make, model, and serial number, located somewhere on the dryer, hopefully not all the way on the back panel.
