How hard it it to make a galvanized horse trough into a bathtub/shower

    Michelle, it's not hard if it's an unused one. If it's used be very careful with dents & scratches as they can develop rust inside before you see it. If it's new, make sure your floor is level and you'll need to cut out the drain placement and securely fit and seal well against water leaking around edges onto the base. You may wish to contact a plumber to install your plumbing line to "tub" drainage and faucets. I would use a wall mounted or free standing faucet system. This trough does well with a rustic copper / regular pipe on wall and also a stationary / hand shower combo . You might find more info on DIY Tiny houses site.
