How can I add a patio to my blank backyard?
Our backyard is all grass and has many dips in it. Our front yard is the same. We do not use our backyard because of it. We also have a wooden shed that is falling apart and has a hole on the side. I want to create a patio in our yard that is enclosed. How can I accomplish this project on a very small budget?
Thank you.

Well how small of a budget is small? We did our patio for about 100$,I posted pictures on my profile,we took out sod, laid down sand, tamped, laid down large pavers. It is big enough to squeeze 4 chairs if needed.
First you need to level your yard. You can't put in anything with the dips in it. You have to bring in a lot of dirt. Check websites like craigs list and drive around where there's construction going on. Ask if they need the dirt and if they don't, ask if you can take it. After you have a level yard, you can put in patio pavers or a cement patio. To enclose a patio, you'll need footings that are deep enough and wide enough to carry the load of the structure you want to put on it. Then you can go from there. Since you want to enclose it, I would suggest a concrete patio.
Order up some soil and rake it into your low spots.
You could make a floating deck in the back, ..... use a string and level between your four posts to get a level line which to put your posts on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mPHgj0_GT78
