How do I paint my hinges on my kitchen cabinets
I'm painting my kitchen cabinets white on top cabinets, grey on bottom cabinets. What colour should I paint, or spray paint the hinges? the pulls and knobs will be silver

Do you want them to blend in or stand out. Paint them the color of the cabinets if you want them to blend in, match the pulls and knobs if you want them to stand out. Either way, use a paint for metal, like Rustoleum so that they last. Hope this helps, Collen!
I need to do this too. I am painting ancient gold hinges with Rustoleum hammered gray. https://www.myrepurposedlife.com/i-painted-hinges/
If the hinges show, I would stick with the silver. If they are hidden hinges, I would spray paint them the white and the gray on bottom so they blend with the doors.
You could always use the white paint you're painting your top cupboards for the pulls/knobs on the bottom where the cupboards are grey and the top cupboards paint the pulls/knobs the grey color so they match. For the hinges I'm pretty sure rustoleum has some different color choices
I'd clean them, and paint the same color as the door -- -- unless they are a decorative hinge that you want to highlight -- then they need to be same color as the pulls/knobs
Take the hardware off then PAINT it.
Clean them up shiny
