Paint the walls a light blue, it will keep the room looking large, will blend in and look nice with the dark blue sofa, and it is a calming, pleasing color.
We recently painted our livingroom with a light spring green on three walls and a pale yellow on the other I also purchased slipcovers for the furniture. Changed the room totally and ver inviting WWE face the east
A very pale yellow would also look great with that color of blue from your couch!
Hi! What is your decorating style? I find that the neutral color of a light grey is a great backdrop for most anything!
white with a hint of blue!!
Light gray is nice and Neutral you can also do an accent wall to give it a pop of color

You might think about stenciling the wall behind the couch. 👍🏼
lots of great answers-have fun-white trim for moldings
I agree with light gray
My suggestion is to paint your ceiling and all trim in semi gloss bright white then paint the walls in Valspar Oyster Pearl #7002-2. It's a light but neutral color, very calming and pleasing to the eye. Not only will it complement your beautiful blue sofa, it will embrace the white and make it stand out. Adding pops of color with flowers, pillows, etc will allow you to work with changes of seasons while being budget friendly. Best of luck.
I love the gray for the walls and white for the ceiling, but I would use flat rather than semi-gloss. We are currently repainting our living, dining, entry and kitchen in flat because the semi-gloss is way too shiny for these rooms. In my humble opinion.
I love Diana's option. I hope you go with that.
You have the ideal colours for a Nautical theme, maybe slightly off white walls, A large Yacht on the wall, or watercolour type pictures of Yachts or sea shell shapes, with Navy frames.
Cover a lamp base with thick neutral coloured rope tied and glued around & around it... Navy and cream cushions with an accent colour of cream to dull yellow colouring...maybe one feature wall of the medium old gold colouring..
