Oh dear Ana, I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe this article will help - https://www.wikihow.com/Get-Rid-of-Mildew. Best of luck
I believe you would have to see what's behind the ceiling/walls in order to see the cause. You obviously have a moisture issue somewhere. Make sure you have ventilation after you have baths or showers also.
If Michelle's recommendation doesn't work for you, scrub the surfaces with 1/2 quart of white vinegar and a few drops of Dawn in a quart of hot water.
You probably need a better exhaust fan, with auto humidity sensor. Otherwise, run your exhaust fan during and 20 minutes after every shower. Dry walls and ceilings, completely. Do not use fabric softener in your towels or bath mat, because it reduces the absorption capability of these items.
You can soften your laundry with roving wool dryer balls, which will last 5 years. They're availablevon line, or make them yourself. Wool roving yarn (no substitutions!) available at JoAnne fabric. Each skein should make between 1.3 and 1.5 balls, depending on finished size. Wash them in hottest washer setting, and dryy on highest heat. Your laundry, when dried with 4-6 of these balls will become progressively softer. No static cling, either! They make noise in your dryer, but they're all natural...no chemicals.
That's a very good answer and will do try too. Thanks to you and everybody that pay attention to my question and God bless you all!
Ana, I think Maureen's answer is the way to go. If you don't find the cause of the mildew, it will continue to come back. Sorry. Good luck.
