Concrete has pops, how to fix it?
my driveway was redone and within the first winter top pieces of concrete were poping out causing a divet in the concrete. we are getting close to winter and I want to fix this situation before it gets worse. How do I fill the holes and seal it so it doesn't happen anymore. I sure do miss my blacktop.
