Hello any and everyone, I’m curious in replicating this look in my apt however my walls are standard drywall. Does anyone have any insight? I’ve attached a photo for reference. Thank You!

You can do it with a sea-foam sponge practice on paper plates to find you colors you want and which size of sponge. You can cut your sponges down. For the crack they have paint markers with different size tips and colors. I made a big brick wall with cracks and flowers in some of the cracks

Look into venetian plaster. I don't think it's an easy process, but it's pretty similar to what you're going for.
Dry brush to get some color then sand till you get the desired effect.
Choose your base color (lightest) to cover the wall. For the additional layers, I suggest you use a glaze additive to each of the paint colors you use. The glaze additive allows the paint to dry slower and therefore you have more control. It is most often recommended in "faux" painting. Use a variety of brushes, sponges and even rags to get the total affect you are looking for.
