How to clean up spill inside the double glass on the oven door?
I overfilled a pumpkin pie and spilled some.Naturally, it went directly thru the holes in the top of my LG gas stove and into the space between the two pieces of glass in the door. Help, Please!!!
I found this post.

Thank you so much. With a little help and dexterity I won't have to look at the "ghost of Thanksgiving past" all winter.
With much appreciation

You will find screw inside the door. Take it apart and you can remove the glass to clean the inside area. I would lay a towel down under the door. The first time I did it the greasy goo, dropped on the floor and made a bigger mess to clean up.
You are welcome Hazel, I was in search of this same fix a few years ago. The new house we got, the stove window was a mess.
You need to take the oven door apart with the screws but be careful of the spring hinges
Thanks so much for taking the time to help.

Take a look at the bottom of the oven door first. My new stove has a slot at the bottom of the door where I can use a long handled wooden spoon with a cloth and glass cleaner to get between the two panes of glass.
