Put a large metal baking dish filled with water and about 1/2 cup of white vinegar in the oven. Then heat at 350° and let the water bubble, steam, and do its thing. Let it cool a little, then wipe clean.

I got oven cleaner that was low fumes and sprayed it in a cold oven. Life got in the way and it was 3 days later before I got to wipe it out. I used rubber gloves and paper towels. Final wipe down with a wet rag. This oven was really bad as it was the stove that was in my apartment when I moved in..I was really surprised how easy it just wiped out with no scrubbing..
Hi Taylor. The first thing I do is put it on the self cleaning mode. Make sure you have the time and can open a few windows. After it has cooled then I vacuum up the inside. Next I make a paste with vinegar and baking soda and scrub it on. Then wipe clean and repeat if necessary. Last I use a sponge with water to remove any of the paste residue.
