I have seen demos on a product called Sika, available at Home Depot. This might be a good option for you. Here's a video of the caulk type:

This video is for a different product that looks like you could do as well:

The make grey concrete caulking to fill cement cracks at your local hardware store. To keep it from looking "new" (the color is never close to concrete) try this. Use an old broom and when the caulking is still tacky sweep the concrete around it across the caulk. The dirt and tiny particles will adhere to the caulk and blend in better. Look at the picture posted above. Really not a close match and stands out. The more the better and it looks so much nicer.
Caulk is a waste of money. Just get some mortar and a free paint stick. A small bag of mortar will do. 5 lbs or 10 lbs. Mix it up in your next empty coffee container and pour it gently in the crack. Smooth it with the same Paint Stick you used to mix it and it will be fine.
Get yourself a bag of Quikcrete, mix up little and put it into the crack with a trowel. It is best to using a bonding liquid which comes in a plastic container first so that the new concrete will stick to the old.
Mavis,
You can buy premixed concrete patching compound. It's more expensive and may not last as long, but it is easier to use. if your up to it, follow the other suggestions and mix your own even if you don't use the whole bag. The remaining powder in the bag will end up hardening as it absorbs moisture over time. It will then become a heavy lump of concrete that you might not be able to move easily, so do something with it before it hardens.
