Please call the company who installed your granite countertop. They were thrilled to get your business and will be happy to answer your questions.

  • Is this the paint on faux granite? I would purchase another can of the top coat and add another layer. Contact manufacturer to find out why it's thin and if that is normal.

Does your kit say you can put on more than one coat of top coat? This may be your answer. Sand very lightly to get the second cost to adhere to the first. Apply a third coat if you need to. This will give you a lot more protection during use.

I also used the Giani brown and used 3 coats of the top coat. It's still great a year later!
