LOL! That is for sure challenging! I've found that to have a 'system' in place that makes it easy for putting everything in it's place helps. But getting kids in a habit of cleaning up before they leave helps. Good luck!!
You don’t say how old she is but my daughter was a slob for a while, but then when she was 10 she became interested in horses but we said “not till you learn to clean your room!” She’s now a neat freak and rides!
I like the little drawer organizer inserts at Ikea for dressers...I bet you can get them on Amazon though if you don't have an Ikea nearby. They are cheap!
Place a large cardboard box in the center of the room and tell your kid that anything that she doesn't need will go to someone that will want the toys and cloths. Give her a week and anything on the floor goes in the box and goes to charity. It worked for me
Bins work great and downsizing things also helps.
