How can I stencil over old fashioned linoleum flooring?
I guess this is really two questions. First my bathrooms have old fashioned linoleum for flooring although it looks like tile. Can you stencil over it or do you have to strip the linoleum? Second, what type of paint do you use with stencils? Acrylic hobby paint? Household wall or ceiling paint? Gloss? Flat? Thank you for your answers!
