How do I remove paint from a wood window frame?
my window frame in my kitchen has probably over 5 if not more layers of white paint on it and I would like to get it back down to the natural wood. Is there an easy way to do this?

Citrisrip paint stripper, putty knife, wire brush, sand paper.
If the paint has lead in it you can cause problems by sanding. If you can protect the surrounding surfaces you can apply a stripper to the paint. Follow the manufacturers directions and don’t get impatient and attempt to remove too soon.
Lightly sand it down
If you're fortunate enough to have absolutly flat pieces of wood, after stripping, you could sand with a small electric sander. Since you're only doing one window, the project shouldn't consume much time, as compared to doing an entire floor or house with many windows.
Sanding, unfortunately. Not super fun, but generally the paint will come off pretty easily.
