How do I successfully execute a subtle and classy tone on tone wall?
I am still rocking white walls in my new house 😁, which I’d LOVE to change soon! I really want to do something that is both “new” and modern, yet timeless and classy. I would ideally use shades of teal, but I’m not sure if I should do tone on tone and just changing the finish? Or, should I use two tones? Also, which shade of teal would be classy but not dark?
p.s...on a teachers budget, so money saving tips are totally appreciated! ❤️
thank you all!

To make it interesting, use a very pale shade as the background in an eggshell or suede finish. Then stencil on top with the design of your choice, at least 2 or 3 shades darker, in a semi gloss.
I have never done it myself, but a neighbor has and it turned out beautifully. She use a cream color and it is very very pretty.

Ombré is a very cool idea! Shades of teal...
You could do three walks a lighter tone of teal, and one wall a darker teal tone, an accent wall. My daughter did this with grey in her room. Three walls were light grey and one almost a charcoal grey....looked really nice.
