Blocks are painted and in good shape but I want to add lite texture to simulate the stucco look.
Not sure if that's a typo & you are asking about paint. Painting an external wall is a fairly simple process. Make sure any existing paint that is cracked or peeling is cleaned off. Clean the exterior and make sure it is completely dry. Then paint with a good exterior paint.
