If you don't see your model in the above videos, call Moen. You may need the model number. Moen is very helpful and user friendly company.
It helps if you know the type faucet you have, but usually you just have to unscrew the base of the handles to get them off. Watch either of these videos to see it this helps.

I bet it has a set screw, but they can be tricky to find sometimes. I agree with the person above, call Moen. They were very helpful to me.

Copy and paste link. Check if this is right call moen, give them your info they will send you parts and how to sheet for free.
When you call Moen or email them, take pictures of your faucet and then they will know what model you have and can easily tell you. That is if you can't find it. I always save all my papers when I buy things so I have that information handy. I know my R/O faucet has a tiny set screw to turn off to open the faucet to put the new battery in, but the filers are under counter, so that would not help you.
