Hubby and I restored an old fishing boat that we purchased real cheap. My job, while he was putting in the new wood floor was to clean all the vinyl in the boat. I used an orange oxi multipurpose cleaner and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and it removed all the dirt and mildew on the seats and anywhere else that had vinyl. The vinyl looked brand new, even as old and not cared for as it was! I used a toothbrush or dish brush, whichever was handier at the moment to clean up the areas the magic eraser couldn't reach. You can do this, Diane, some may take some elbow grease, but it is really doable.
