What type of bag do you mean? It is a smallish bag with a draw string closure or is it larger with 2 handles? I've seen both types for a hangover bag. A drawstring bag is the easiest and can be made any size you like. Since a drawstring bag starts off as a rectangle, it's very easy to create your own pattern. Here's a website that might help you.
