How do I paint my vase using nail polish in water?
I used warm water n put nail polish colors in water n dipped vace. The polish clumped together n not on vace. What am I doing wrong?

I wouldn't use nail polish for this. It's probably the formulation of the polish. Try paint and then add a spray clear coat on top after it's dry.
Dilute the nail polish, with polish diluter .

It may have something to do with the type of nail polish. I would suggest using a different brand and seeing if you get better results.
