How to build a deck with wood pallets?
I have a small wet area just outside my glass enclosed patio and I want to build a small deck area with three pallets do the dogs do nit get wet feet

First take apart the pallets, belt sand and coat all four edges of each board with exterior grade polyurethane.
While they’re drying, you’ll need to build the floor joists from treated 2x6 lumber with treated rim joists, about 8-9” on center- that’s because this design uses no foundation and has pallet decking.
You’ll need to use coated or stainless steel screws.
Screw the pallet wood on top of the treated lumber joists, like decking. I would leave 1/4” space between the pallet decking.
