Make sure you have the duvet cover inside out. Put your hands through the right side until you reach the two furthest corners, grab the points, then grab a corner of the quilt in each hand, then flip the cover and shake it through while still holding the corners. This is easier done then said. Try it and you will see.
I turn my duvet cover inside out so that the corners have the ties facing out. Then I attached the comforter with the ties one corner at a time and slowly start to flip the duvet around. It takes some time.
I have three large safety pins. I put the duvet into the cover.....secure it with the pins.....get up on the bed and shake the rest of the duvet into the cover. It works great.....I don't need another person......the duvet is nice and fluffy. I zip up the duvet.....take pins out and ....voila.....it's all done.
