If you want some, spray paint what you have with gold.
Hi Annie,
Our Dollar Tree sells silver napkins rings in a 6pk. You could easily spray paint those gold.

Hello Annie. Use a gold wire. Wrap it around a paper towel tube a few times. Then glue a charm on each end. If you can't find gold wire, you guessed it, spray paint it.
You can cut pieces of PVC pipe into rings and spray paint them gold. Because PVC comes in a variety of sizes you can use the size that best fits your needs.
If you find any you love, but they aren't gold, you could always spray paint them!
