How do I clean my windows like a professional window cleaner?

I've cleaned them with the typical water, vinegar mixture using a micro cloth and still get streaks. Please help in this matter. Thank you

These spots are mostly on the storm window . I have tried all types of window cleaning products but nothing helps. I live in SC. Thanks betty
On the outside you can try that new spray product bu Fuller Brush. It’s applied with a water hose and requires no scrubbing on your part. On the inside, I use a couple drops of dishwashing liquid and clean all around the windows and then go back and get the glass itself with Windex and newspapers.
Check out getting a higher end micro fiber cloth. I use SuperCloth and it works 100% streak free on all surfaces. I even use it for my stainless appliances.
