Hi. You can easily layer chalk paint using a few different methods. If you would like to see the first colour you put on, you need to put something over it in spots so that the second layer will resist. You can use wax, a wax puck, Hemp oil, etc. You rub it on in the spots you want the first layer to show through and then add the second layer of paint. Once it is dry, you can lightly sand and the sanding will take off the paint in the spots you put something on. If you want multiple colours and layers, just keep repeating this process. I have attached a post on how it is done with a wax puck and Milk Paint and it is the same process for chalk paint. Hope that helps :) http://www.recreateddesigns.com/2015/12/diy-wooden-headboard/

Hi! The best way to do this is with a water spray bottle. This will help blend the 2 colors together. :)

Do you mean mix them? You can mix chalk paint to create new colors like white and red to get pink.
Are you talking about mixing the colors? If so I would make sure to mix enough paint to finish your project completely so you have a consistent color throughout. There is also using 2 colors on a piece which is perfectly acceptable, I would just make sure the colors look good together.
