Lisa on Jun 28, 2012Jan, I LOVE annie Sloan Chalk Paint. There's no sanding required. You can order it online. You could paint the dresser white and then strip and retain the top dark. It's a beautiful look. Aso, I would distress with a sanding block. It's easier than regular sandpaper.Helpful Reply
