How do I fix crumbling cement around pool area?
I have some crumbling cement around my pool area. I would like to paint a non slip paint that would also be a filler around the whole pool. Any suggestions?

crumbling concrete should be taken out and replaced with new concrete. Now, if you want to put a poly resin in, you can over the crumbles BUT it will not match your other concrete.
Hope this helps
You will need to patch the problem area first with concrete patch, resurface with concrete resurfacer, let it cure for 28 days and then paint with an exterior non slip paint.
