Use bleach. Pour on the spot n let it sit for like a hour. I usually the lemon bleach because it smells nice. Hose it off. You might have to repeat. Depends how bad it is. Also to keep them out there when it drys. Either use white pepper or moth balls and leave it there to keep the animals out.
