Homax and RustOleum each make a kit. Make sure you wear a respirator and follow directions exactly.
Here are a selection of posts about painting tiles https://www.hometalk.com/search/posts?filter=paint%20tiles
Hi Denyse. First apply 1 or 2 coats of a bonding primer that's made to adhere to surfaces such as tile. Allow the primer to dry for the recommended time. Then follow with 2 topcoats of acrylic latex wall paint. Good luck Denyse.
Rustoleum makes a great product. https://www.rustoleum.com/project-catalog/bathroom/rustoleum-home-bathroom-floor/
You can use a bathroom tile paint kit found at hardware stores
