I bought some at Target and some at JCPenney.
Costco also sells thermally lined draperies, although you may need to shorten them as typical lengths are 63" and 84 ".
You can also find thermal lined curtain panels at Menards and Lowe's. They go on sale quite frequently. They usually carry 63 and 84 length in the store but you can/might find different lengths if you look online on the Menards and Lowe's website. Check on Amazon as well. You may have to shorten them because 48-52 is not a common curtain length.
'Don't know how high your ceiling is, but an alternative to shortening the bottom hem of the panels is to mount the curtain rod higher.
