How can I decorate my bathroom mirror with glass tile?
I want to create a boarder around my bathroom mirrors with glass tile. Would gluing with hot glue gun damage the mirror and/or tiles?
UPDATE: I've attached the finished projects of two of three mirrors. The third mirror is in the master bath and twice the size and was hard to capture the entire mirror. Each mirror's design is slightly different I love how they all turned out! I used E6000 to attach tile pieces to the mirrors. Thank you all for your help on this project!

Sherri, a photo would help greatly since I need to see what the materials/supplies you are starting look like. The weight of the materials, the color, the size, etc. will all factor into whether the project will work as you described. Sounds like a great project!
You could use silicone to glue down the tiles. Just lay it flat to do it. Hot glue may crack the mirror if it has any defects you cannot see.
Hot glue does not hold many things well. I am hoping you are using small tile as large tile could be dangerous if it falls off the wall. Silicone will do the least amount of damage. When you or someone else tries to remove the tile you will do serious damage to the walls with a strong adhesive.
Are you putting tile on the mirror or on the wall? That is what isn't clear.
Ok, Locktite Power grip will work well. It has instant gripping power but will give you plenty of time to move around. It is a construction adhesive. I love it. Silicone will work but takes too long to cure and you would have to tape each one until it dries. Hot glue I wouldn't give a second thought to. Not worth getting your glue gun out of the drawer.
