How can I seal a gap in some cracked grout?
Got new tiles recently, and noticed a crack in the grout across a few tiles. Tiles are directly beneath washing machine, so afraid there may be seepage. Thanks 😊
There are grout colorants that come in bottles with sponge applicators, like bottles of shoe polish. I've used both white, to whiten discolored white floor grout, and dark blue to cover hunter green grout. You just wipe off whatever gets on the ceramic tile with a rag or paper towel.
This is what I used. It has a sealer built into the paint and it is easy to apply. Good luck!

Depending on where the tile is, how much wear and tear it gets, and how many tiles you have, some folks use nail polish. Use a quality brand with added hardeners, such as Sally Hansen Xtreme, as it is acrylic based.
Be sure grouting is very clean before starting.
Apply 'paint' in thin coats, allowing to thoroughly dry before adding any additional coats, if needed.
A nail polish clear top coat can be applied to give more shine and durability.
I used paint pens I bought at Home Depot. Worked great!
