How do I paint the rooms in an open floor concept house?
I am wanting to paint a new home we have purchased. It is a new home with a lot of open concept from the front hallway flowing right back into the kitchen/dining and living space. Some of this also flows down into the basement. just wondering if there is a system to follow for that?

I would paint it a neutral color so any furnishings or decor you want to use will go well with it. I like a high contrast myself. I painted my wall a very light tan and used a lot of black in the wall decor so it stands out. My couch and drapes are gray and use a burnt orange as the pop of color.
If you want to use several colors of paint Sherwin Williams has pamphlets that will give you coordinating colors from room to room or area to area. The pamphlets are organized in themes like Coastal colors or Traditional colors, etc. If you brought pictures to the store Sherwin Williams is extremely helpful to give you direction.
