After Ginger blooms, do you cut off the stalk?

Douglas Hunt on Jul 08, 2012I've only grown Hedychium, or ginger lily, Amanda, but I believe true gingers, like many plants, would benefit from deadheading. If nothing else, it will make it look tidier.Helpful Reply
