Start with things you have...silver trays, serving pieces etc. Buy inexpensive silver and blue accents like ribbon, felt, fabric, ornaments and mix them in. Use a neutral to balance them out like white or a soft pink. I always use holiday magazines and store displays for inspiration...use your cell phone to take photos when you see Christmas ideas that you love.
