Repurpose lucite cubes of various shapes that have old corporate award
I’ve heard to paint and use in the garden. Anyone have a picture example? Any other ideas? Prefer not to put in a landfill and no recycling drop offs will take them.

Rather than painting, you could put seed packet inside and mark where you plant the seeds. I've used a few around Christmas time to put my baby's first ornament & my first pair of shoes, one of the few things from my childhood.
Thank you. Great idea for frame type. These cubes are completely sealed with the award language baked inside. So I can only try to cover up imbedded lettering from front and back outside of the cube as interior Kettering can’t be removed. Any other ideas?
Carol: paint with outdoor primer/paint... get cute stencils (Michaels) and put in garden... maybe with name of herbs that are planted, etc. ...or have a fairy or gnome theme, etc
Could you put lectures inside them and decorate to put on a counter
Thanks. Nothing can be placed inside because it’s a solid chunk of sealed Lucite block that can’t be cut. Thank you though.
OK Thank you
Hmmm, maybe mod podge family pictures or pet pictures onto the cubes and offer them as events (or just plain cute) gifts , thisngs like a family reunion, anniversary party, beach vacation, graduation... Maybe mount them on a mini-turntable to allow them to rotate. You could make a border from mod podged on napkins or light weight paper.
Great idea. thank you.
Does anyone know if these blocks of lucite can be drilled into?
I was thinking if they could, an LED light (or tiny fairy lights) could be put inside the hole as part of a holiday display.
