Non-gelling Jam?
I have 3 batches of Pear/Honey Jam (that I've made for years) that did not gel. Can anyone tell me what to do to get it to gel??

I have had this happen over the years with various jams and jellies. in my case I have found it is usually over ripe fruit. The over ripes have a decreased amount of pectin so more is needed in the processing.
