Silly question, but still I would like to know what the consensus is.

KMS Woodworks on Jul 10, 2012goo gone would be my first choice....once you get it cleaned up look for new rug that does not use the goooy plastic "no-skid" backing...get a natural rug and pick up a no skid pad that can be cut down to fit if needed. Having the pad separate from the rug also helps when it comes time to clean the rug.Helpful Reply

Woodbridge Environmental Tiptophouse.com on Jul 11, 2012A soft plastic putty knife will remove most of the stuck on foam backing. Then spray with water mild soap and using a scrubbing sponge used for no stick pots and pans should do the trick.Helpful Reply
