Shari on Aug 31, 2012For probably 20 years, I have used a product called "Critter Oil." It was first formulated by Susan and Di, two women who had a pet grooming and holistic product shop in St. Petersburg, Florida (where I use to live). Critter Oil can be used on dogs, cats, horses, birds, exotics, and even on your lawn and plants. It can be mixed in your pets' shampoo, with water in a spray bottle, or with baking soda and sprinkled on your carpet. If you have an itchy pet with chronic skin problems, Critter Oil will also help that too. Critter Oil is all natural, as it is made with a blend of 15 different essential herbal oils. It smells amazing, really fresh and clean! It's a little bit pricey but a little bit goes a long way. Here's the website if anyone would like more information or to place an order: http://critteroil.com/ (I am not connected with the Critter Oil company, nor do I receive any compensation for recommending their product. I have personally used the product with great success so I'm more than happy to pass along the info about Critter Oil to anyone who hates putting toxic insecticides on their pets to treat ticks and fleas.)Helpful Reply
