I think you will have to ask Teri. Here is her profile, and you can send her an email through a link on the left side of her page: http://www.hometalk.com/f2wevl86ep

Ellie, they are super easy and cheap to make. The best thing to do is go on youtube and type in coffee filter flowers. I used the same technique on both the coffee filters flowers and the cupcake liner flowers. I used 10 qty filters and 7 qty cupcake liners per flower. Put the coffee filters into two stacks of 5 each, fold them in half and then in half again, round the edges and cut a little "swoop" out of the center (should look like a heart), the next set of five cut down the filters to a slightly smaller size then follow the same instructions of rounding the corners and cutting the swoop. Use a low temp glue gun with low or multi-temp gluesticks. You can use pipe cleaners (Chenel stems walmart .79 for a package of 50) or really anything you would like to make the stem of the flower (chopsticks, skewers etc..) Apply the smaller size of filters that you cut down first to the stem with a glob of glue, then just crumple the filter around the stem, add glue to the bottom of the first filter and apply the second, then third, forth, fifth, then move on to the larger filters. You cannot go wrong on these, they are that easy. Hope this helps. So much easier to watch a youtube video for the how to. Good luck.
