Found a few of these adorable tea cups and I'm looking for a unique idea to use them as mother's day gift.
It is labeled as a patio candle holder.

You could put a small plant in them and surround the soil with Spanish moss. Or put a green or red votive in them to use outdoors. They are really cute and I'm sure someone will have a better idea for them! Good luck!

@Cherie thanks for that idea. That sounds great. I think I'll do that for a few of the older mother's I'm doing it for

How sturdy are they? Can you stack them? If you can, put two or three on top of each other. Add another and reverse it--top down. Drill a hole through the center of each for a small pipe feeding wiring up it and thus creating a small lamp. If necessary, attach a wooden base for support with a small shade decorated with red fabric and black poke a dots.....

You could mount them to a stake so they could be little garden accents. They are adorable I love them. How many do you have? the more the merrier in this case I think.!

Thanks for all the ideas. I'll definitely be using them. I have 4 mother's to gift them to and 2 if then have their own homes so the bird feeder & garden deco is perfect. I'll try the lamp & planter idea for the other 2. I appreciate all the ideas :-)

Hi I love those cups I would like to get some for my projects were did you buy them and how much. I like the old glass ones but to exspensive and I hate to glue them to pretty for that.
  • Those are so pretty! I would line them would add moss to them and then add faux succulents. They're so sweet and would look great with the colors of the cup.
