How do I add threaded wheels to a cart?

I'm trying to turn a changing table into a rolling bar cart, I bought threaded wheels, just not sure how to put them on, is there a threaded piece that goes into the leg itself ??

You will need a sleeve nut. You'll drill a hole to accommodate the nut and hammer it in. Then the wheel post will screw into the nut. May want to take your casters with you to make sure you get the right diameter nut. Or, you could return the threaded and get some with a plate that you just need to attach to the leg.
