You should have a self cleaning oven feature but that is the best way to get rid of built up dirt. If not spray vinegar and leave for 5 minutes and start cleaning. If you can't get inside the oven, attach paper towels at the end of some long tongs and keep wiping. Repeat as necessary. Wipe down lastly with soap and water. Other people have used oven cleaner sprays, we don't because we have two dogs.

You could try using a pressure washer, but I'm guessing that you would not like all of that water and soap in your kitchen. Sounds like you need to hire a helper.

Kids could help you out. If you are older, most cities have elder networks where you can get help from volunteers, they are there to help the older generation stay in their homes and help with what they can't do themselves anymore due to bad knees, disabilities, etc. Sometimes it does require you to help with something for someone else that you can do and they can't. It would be worth a shot to try.

To get into the back, I have a window washer like at the gas stations. The scrubber on one side and the squeegee on the other side to rake it out.
