    Steam cleaning with vinegar will help. Put vinegar in an oven safe dish and turn oven to 250 for 30 min. Clean with damp sponge while warm (not hot.) A paste of water and baking soda helps too. Apply, allow to sit a couple minutes (not long enough to dry out) and wipe off. That will take care of grease stains. For burned on stuff there's not much to do except scrub. Do NOT use the ammonia cleaning trick. It's not safe for gas ovens.

    I have not tried it yet but I read making a paste of baking soda and water and let it sit for a few minutes will clean it spotless. Hope it works.

    I use dish washing soap, on a cloth, comes really clean.
