How do I clean a cooking tray that got left in the oven ?

I accidentally left a tray in my convection oven and now everything was baked in solid
Help How do I clean it ??

place fabric softener sheets on the pan. Pour very hot water in the pan and let sit over night. -

Easyoff oven cleaner will do it but spray it on outside. May need to do a couple times. -

Oven cleaner. Use it outside and put the tray inside a black plastic garbage bag. Let the sun (if you have any this time of year) cook it. Just be sure that you seal the bag very well.
