if it is not a self cleaning oven the spray with Easy Off cleaner, in cold oven, leave overnight and it should wipe out easily the next day -

If it's not a self-cleaning oven then purchase an orange concentrate spray that's plant based. It's organic, you can dilute it with water and spray on. It works really well, smells nice and is environmental friendly and not full of chemicals! You can purchase it in Walmart for one place, not sure where else.
