What is the best way to remove and clean all the gunk on my over door. See the attached picture

Spray with a cleaner, then wrap a think rag over a table knife or thinner similar object. That should fit into the slots where the grease / crud has accumulated.

Usually oven door handles are removable to facilitate cleaning. Check for screws that can be undone to get the handle off.

Use 409 and a sturdy toothbrush. I’ts the the only thing I use on my stove and it looks new.

I have these same vents...what a pain on the neck 🙄. Wish I had paid more attention when I perchased the stove. Anyway I use q-tips. Was not sure about spraying in there. Now I have some great ideas.

A good nail brush should have sturdy bristles that can get into the crevices. Probably available at Dollar Tree or other dollar stores.
