Half vinager half water in a spray bottle, spray liberally. Then scrub brush, not cleaning cloth.
Is this mold on the grout only, or everywhere? If you have used all the standard cleaning products, including a strong bleach mixture, then the mold has discolored the grout. Mold grows by spreading mold spores and they can work their way into the pourous grout. You might need to get a grout cleaning tool and scrape the grout clean. This will be a painstaking process if the area is large. Allow the area to dry thoroughly....or very safely put a fan in the door way to get more air circulation. Once you are certain there is no moisture in the grout, you can regrout the area you scraped. Test a small area first to see if it matches the grout that you did not remove. Grout comes in a number of colors, and you may need to try to match aged grout with an off white, or whatever color is closest. Good luck!
